GEN 2 Traffic alerts on Navigation system

I am wondering if anyone has activated the Sirius xm traffic report system ($$). That appears to be how you get traffic delays when using the system for navigation. I have always used a Garmin and the traffic data is free on a Garmin. Looking for any feedback.

Never paid for traffic through a vehicle Nav....If I'm concerned it's a quick look for free on my phone....

I actually just looked at it this morning but just went around the corner so it wasn't relevant. I will use it when I go further. It is a free service for 5 years. It is the streaming music feature that expires in 6 months that will need to be renewed for a fee if you want to use it.
