Honestly have no idea what the material is - the house and development is brand new as of early 2020. I have the last house at the end of the street, terminated in a hammerhead, which you can just see on the left edge on this pic (not at home to take a clear pic right now).
Seems like a real standard setup here in the PNW and it holds up well. No clue how much it cost though.

I will be crossing the Mt Siskiyou pass late Novemeber and forecast is already calling for 'heavy snow', in an area with several 6-7% grades.
With the stock KO2 tires and a 5k load with 2 axles, how should I proceed?
I know the raptor can't accomodate chains according to the manual. I have tons of experience in heavy snow with the Raptor alone and know my limitations with it well, but the trailer is what throws me for a loop.
Air down the KO2s, no chains, add a set of chains to one axle of the trailer and keep it under 5 MPH?
