it is a bit of a pain to take it out.. i removed it for a road trip vacation last year and borrowed a tonno cover..

i just borrow my brothers truck if need be.. he doesnt mind driving mine.. lol

Assuming the rope is supposed to replace the flat recovery strap that I have and the soft shackles replace the D-rings?

Alright, I'll go ahead and replace that stuff then. I forgot to mention, I also have a folding shovel as well. I will say that those hard shackles are a bit clunky to use since they're so heavy and folding up the 4" flat strap does rather suck. Any other recommendations?
