As it currently stands, I have the Gen 3 back, they have their truck back. I have an active loan showing on their truck and they possibly are being mailed the title and own my truck. Unless there is a delay in all this correcting itself, this experience has the potential of costing me more money and headaches if I now am forced to buy the Gen 3 from them at a higher interest rate then I had before(which is likely). That alone would cost me a couple thousand extra dollars. Me and the dealer are both keeping our fingers crossed that his payoff check doesn’t go through. Another little kick to the balls is that my bank is claiming that if the payment reversed and my account reopened, I would technically have a missed/late payment that was due on the 15th. I don’t see how they could ding me considering the loan at that time was “paid off”. It’s been a fun ride, all you can do is laugh. Like the owner of the dealership said “at least you have your working truck back”.</p></blockquote><p></p>
