Tommy boy'd my door!

Hi friends... Good news and bad news. Good news is I just joined and I am enjoying this site tremendously. Bad news is I tommy boy'd my door last weekend like a moron! I was so mad that I just laughed. And I'm just glad I didn't run myself over or something worse. I was unhooking my trailer but need to pull up about 5' so I quickly jumped in and pulled up and threw my truck in reverse on accident and jumped out. My door caught the pole and bent it until in touched the fender! I know.. I know Im an idiot but it happened so fast. So my point is be careful out there and be sure to take your time in whatever activity you might be getting in to. Heres some pics.. She will be out of the shop on Tuesday so I can finally talk about it now lol!




So after all that I had to experience the ultimate drive of shame... I drove to the body shop a couple miles down the road with my door halfway open because it wouldn't shut.

the other day I pulled my truck out of the garage and had to quickly hop out to grab something, put it in reverse instead of park, and luckily I manage to jump back in just in time before my Raptor took out the side of my garage.

know what you mean....P is for Park, R is for stupid...

There is this stupid redneck from Skyline Alabama. Barely has the money to buy gas to put in his Raptor because he won it. 2012 Black Scab (base model no options). From my understanding he was at a gas station and the dealer said he had a vapor lock and he needed to put the plastic funnel from under the back seat into the fuel filler and make the easy fuel cap reset itself. He took it in and out like 25 times (I think that's what he said I couldn't understand him. Saw him at walmart and stopped and talked raptors for a while.) Anyways when he did this the truck computer freaked out and threw itself in neutral. Banged up the drivers side door similar to what happened to yours. Get this. He zip tied the door back on and enters the truck through his passenger side... Its been like that for months on months...

Glad to hear nothing to bad happened to your raptor and great color choice!!
