Good morning!

What tire pressure do you suggest for on road driving? I am running KO2s.

50 front, 48 rear?

Many thanks!

I run 40 hot....when the tires are cold they drop down to 36. Large tires like this have a lot of volume, and go up and down quite a bit due to temp changes.

I run 36 front, 34 rear hot to get it to ride right, anything over 38 is ridiculous for this truck. The softer tires from the lower pressure are part of the suspension and eat up all the smaller bumps. Off road I drop down to 28 front and 24 rear, that gives nice contact patch and really eat up the washboards is the desert.
Go with the factory 38+ if your wanting to hit the corners on pavement and handle a bit better.

pump em up to 40 and enjoy slightly better gas mileage. don't do this if you have a sensitive butt with stock suspension.

off road ( granted i'm on 37s) there is a HUGE difference between 28 and 25. Like night and day. I have more testing to do, by I'm pretty sure that I'll eventually got beadlocks so I'm confident in running 20-22 psi. ( I also might bump up to 39s this fall. )

In my experience in Borego (I don’t have a ton of gear in the bed) the softer rear helps keep her settled over the smaller stuff but I can imagine 37 might be a bit much lol(still running stock size Ko2).

Great information! I am running reservoired Kings all around and just installed a set of Deaver +3 and a svc bump stop kit. I’ll make the adjustments you suggested. Are you running a long travel kit? I too would like to raise the truck to fit at least 37s. What headers are you running with? I heard positive things about Kooks and will connect to my magma flow exhaust. Thanks for your input!
