Tire pressure on TK02’s

Here my door panel (2011 SCREW). Really appreciate everyone’s feedback. I’m going to put mine at 38 and go with that. Ride was much smoother than 44 or 41.

The BFG guys at the Raptor school 38 front, 34 rear onroad. I've maintained the 4 lb difference offroad, running 28/24 with good success. Hope this helps

That’s awesome, couldn’t get better feedback that that I’d assume! It makes perfect sense to me to run the rear lighter since little/no weight.

The BF KO2s on the Gen 2 are C class, they are lighter with less ply (6 ply) and a newer compound, they need less air.

KO2s for Gen 1 was D class. 8 ply

I run 38 in front and 36 in rear. E class

New KO2s for the Gen 1 are E class 10 ply

Thanks MFT. O great, just checked mine are C on a Gen1.... so currently have them at 38 front and 36 rear. Originally they were 39/39 and like an idiot I changed them to 45/45 based on door sticker. Ride was very good at 39/39 but it made sense to lower rear to maybe reduce hopping. Not sure if I should just leave 38/36 or change front upwards to 39 or 40??

It really comes down to which BFG KO2s your running, class C or class E
There can't be many if any class D still running.
With the Gen 2 only 470 lbs. lighter than the Gen 1, it's not about the Gen but the tires.

Running original Class D KO's with 35K miles on them. Run 40 PSI front and back.

And wow you have 35,500 miles already!!!!.
I have 34,327 miles. LOL
I had to change my tires 3 years ago because of dry rot.
It was getting stupid unsafe doing a lot 135+
My Spare is the original class D, and if I buy a third set of tires I'll be getting rid of it.
