It ended up being the starter, the gear inside would tap the bolts on the flywheel creating the sound. The spring mechanism inside the starter wasn’t pushing the gear back in place after start up and would only go back once warm. Put a new starter in and it’s sounding good again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
