hey guys.

Ok I have the money now to do the rear suspension on my Raptor. This is the setup I would most likely run.

RPG stage 2
Deaver +2 springs
Stock shocks.

I am looking for a level ride with the front of my truck, and I am at mid perch. I also want the springs to not sag. I only carry one spare tire on a KHC tire rack, so weight isnt that much of an issue.

Dose anyone have anything bad to say about the RPG stage 2, or the deaver springs? Dose anyone run +3 springs?

Any input would be great as I only want to do this once and I want it to last.

I have the RPG 2 and WSI HD Progressive leaf springs went on today. Went that route based on the comments I've been reading.

I run the WSI HD Springs and ICON Bumpstops on GLRE 001 and my wife has the WSI SD springs and SDHQ frame reinforcement on her crew cab Raptor.

I run the rear springs I got from WSI and the Icon bump stop and so far its been flawless. I carry 400lbs in the rear and its still level with the front using the Icon front shocks

I got the RPG stage 3 rear with regular and not HD springs. I have their FOX 3.0 fronts and mine sits dead level. RPG says their 3.0 Fronts are about the same height as mid perch.

I'd call RPG and ask. I only have the spare with me and that's why the recommended the standard national springs and not the HD

In the same boat, just ordered SVC air bump kit and Deaver +2 springs, should be here in 2~3 weeks! Mid perch front, stock shocks.

I have deaver +3. I would recommend +2 if you want a level ride on mid perch. I had both national sd's and hd's sack out in less than 10k miles each and I carry no weight. Deavers only have about 1500 miles but they perform way better new than the nationals ever did

Hey guys,

I carry one spare tire on the KHC rack, a jack, about 50 pounds of tools and about 100 pounds of recovery gear.

Will +2 be strong enough for that weight or should I consider +3

Because I carry what you describe plus 5-10 gallons of gas and family stuff I went with +3 Deavers. Better to have them for my use because I would like to do some runs where 2 spares and more stuff may be needed. Plus the extra will help out towing.
