Just changed at 2k, will change at 5k then every 5k after. Motorcraft 5/30 full synthetic. FWIW

Agreed. I've done 2 oil changes; one at 3K miles to change out the break in oil and one at 9K miles. Both times used Motorcraft Full Synthetic 5W-30.

been using it in my VW's and BMW's for years. good stuff
Yeah I've been doing Mobil1 0W-40 European Blend for my BMWs. I thought about looking for Mobile1 0W-40 for the Raptor, but just did Mobil1 5W-30 along with Mobile1 Filter. Changed at 1500 miles and will keep changing every 5000 miles.

Next one I plan on doing a filter relocation and Fumuto Plug...I'm still cleaning up oil from the first change. Terrible engineering.

I am guessing engineers have never done an oil change before, because if they did, they would at least mount filter vertically. Making drain plug opening larger would be an added bonus.

Time for the first oil change. Been driving fairly tame for the first 1000 miles.

In drive, press the + or - on the shifter or pull the paddles on the steering wheel.

then you can lock out gears startinf from 10 down as far as you want.
