In order to NOT have the 'pause', you have to drive the truck in a manner that is definitely not normal. As others have said, if you live in an area where you'd have to be generous with gas then you'd think you're about to stall.I tolerate this issue because I have chosen to find roads where I can take off slow and easy so as not to exacerbate the issue and/or avoid someone behind me hitting me.</blockquote>
