Thinking about selling my Fox 3.0's to a buddy, what are they worth?

Buddy of mine wants to buy my 3.0's, and TBH I really don't use them. They have 20k or so miles in great shape, what would they be worth?

I've seen them for sale ranging from 1k to 1.5k used.

Obviously the condition of them plays a role.
