This thing, to me, is far better matched up against the PowerWagon than is the Raptor (which was a total mismatch of usage intent so it was a bit silly to compare, in my opinion). I look forward to a head to head of those two trucks.

I'm with J....this is what would go up against the Power Wagon. I never understood the comparison of the Raptor other than the fact that they were comparing two vehicles with a purpose. I liike what they did with the rear bumper on this........only thing I'm alittle disappointed about is no mention of a front locker. I know that's a big deal to alot of people.

I'm wondering if we'll ever see a factory front locker (except in the "R"). I remember reading a comment from one of the Raptor engineers saying something about a "torque steer" issue with a front locker on the Raptor prototype which was supposedly why it was not included as an option.

That doesn't mean a front locker won't work with the Raptor IFS... but Ford has to keep in mind that what might be acceptable (a little torque steer with the locker engaged) for some of the hardcore off roaders could be considered a major flaw to other owners.
