So I'll start by saying sorry I haven't been around near as much but have a day job in the oil industry and we were on shift 7 days a week 13 hours a day. I am finally off and I'll share some of the stuff that I've been working on and ideas we've had and been working on as well.
Well first things first. . . I am officially a Raptor Owner!!! I bought a Red 2014 Raptor about a week or 2 ago. I've had alot of ideas I wanted to do but didn't want to do it on a customers vehicle and you'll see some crazy stuff coming soon with this one.
NEW RAPTOR:

What I traded in:

I'll miss the Corvette but not so much during the cold months.

Ok so I'll start with some of the stuff I started working on before I went into TAR on a customers vehicle. Our customer left his 2014 special edition with us for a while and let me have a little bit of lead way on it. I'll post of the video of it as well for those interested in seeing all that was done including the remote control light bars and new wifi operated US built control systems.

I've always wanted to do something with the hood piece and think this piece accents pretty well. I don't think this will be something we offer as a sells piece on the site but still a cool design imho.
zrap7.jpg

The next piece was the door pockets and door panel inserts. The door panel inserts are wired up so that they are turned off and on with the window lock button on the drivers side so it gets a bit bright on you, you can turn them off with a factory switch. The door pockets were an idea we got from David Knox from his Hummer and Raptor build we did for him. Gerd liked the idea and wanted it and even though I said I'd never do them again... uggh I did lol. They really do look bad ass.

The next thing we did was put lighting in the air vents. I always thought it was cool when you get in the truck in the morning and have that mist why not light it up...
zrap12.jpg

And just cause; if you've got a special edition why not have special edition image lights:
zrap10.jpg

A new design we came up for Gerd's truck were the front reflectors. I never quite understood why these weren't functional so I made them functional and added our own little spin on it. A ghosted in logo. And yes these can be made to say anything you want.

I also designed a custom background photo for the screen

The emblem on the rear was lacking so I designed a custom design and illuminated it... Why the hell not lol.

Of course we added our custom leather console lid with Special edition on it:

We also added into the mix the first multi color cup holder

So lastly on what I've been working on is factory tail light up halos... I'm working with a company on making them a bit brighter, not that they need it but I don't like simple.

So I know alot of folks are visual and sometimes pictures just don't do it so here are some videos to give y'all some better views of what we've been doing.

I am super interested in the Ford emblem. Can you tell me a little bit about the process to light that piece.

Tell y'all what, I've gotten more compliments from the lighting system on this truck than anything else.

I can control everything via a wifi controller that initially I was running through my phone, but I've decided to get a dedicated ipod for the light duties along with carrying my music. ;-)

The app/program that controls the set up is darn sweet....when I go anywhere at night, I put on my amber lights so that I don't get pulled over by Smokey and roll on....lots of compliments on my fender SVTs and hood and fender vents being lit up at stoplights. Then wherever I park, I usually set the program to do a 'heartbeat' fade out, and the truck will pulse like.....a pulse, LOL!......and I've become accustomed to coming out of a store at ngiht, especially with dark parking lots, and finding folks gawking and looking in the windows.

It's been damn fun. The bed and fenders are lit up as well, and are on the 8 channels that the control head offers.

LOTS of compliments on the tailgate 'Raptor' illumination, as well as the door projectors.....when I open the door for folks who aren't expecting it, they are usually shocked, and William can put any image you want in there.

Sounds like I'm pluggin for The Double AA? I am!! Great work and some really cool idea roll out of there. I'm back in Canada, and XTINCT is back at The Double AA, LOL!

SRSLY though, William has done some awesome bling for my truck, and even after a day offroading, it was all good except for the 1/2" of dust that was on EVERYTHING. :-D

not sure if this image will translate from photobucket but you should be able to save it and use it.

As for the emblem. You'll have to remove yours, fairly simple and adhere ours and run the power to it and done!:everything:
