I'm with you on that.  I have an M5, which is also highly adjustable.  You can select how much power the engine makes, throttle sensitivity, damping, shift speed and mode, and stability control intervention thresholds among other things.  All of this stuff would be unwieldy as hell to try to set up every time, so the car has  the "M" button on the steering wheel that lets you call up a preset combination of settings instantaneously by pressing the button.  Pretty simple idea really--too bad Ford didn't follow BMW's lead as it sounds like the Raptor could use it.
