Dude, just buy the damn thing. If something happens, fix it and be happy or trade it after repairs. These hold their value well. I have a 2018 that I absolutely love. 7200 miles so far with no issues. Drove SUVs before and I will never go back.As for the Service Dept vs dealership, understand the Service Dept is most likely independent of the dealership. They are under the same roof on the same property but operate separately. How Service operates is not a true depiction of Sales and vice versa.
