This EB numbers are BS in the real world.
You can use numbers from a test bench that lets the rpm build slowly and allows the turbo charger to catch up and build the pressure to develop the torque and HP.
With a NA or SC engine there is a direct relation between rpm and power, no matter how quickly the rpm rise.
