SYNC stuck on 3.0, BUILD 18093

My 2017 raptor is stuck on Sync Version 3.0, build 18093 and I am unable to update.

Gracenote 1.1.1.1139 (NA-0010)

It is currently at the Ford dealer...

The Ford dealer is saying that it is showing up to date for them and they use some direct plugin APIN thing or something?

What is the most recent build # and how can I help them get it to update?

Ford dealer called back and said there isn't a direct way that ford provides for them to update SYNC directly?
It has been stuck on version 3.0 BUILD 18093 and unable to update by WIFI or USB since 18093 came out...

They are thinking the "A PIN" (I may be spelling that wrong) is incorrect and are going to put in a complaint that the nav is freezing so they are able to move forward or hopefully do something?

What the dealer is talking about is the APIM module (the Sync computer). Most recent build is 18096 that I know of.

I have 4 fords vehicle and they have never updated by wifi ... even though it says it can. i have always updated by usb.

Did you get the update to work? I just did mine this weekend 8/4/19 from Build 17276 and the latest appears to be Build 18093. I get file: JR3T-14G381-AM.ZIP My son did the same on his Platinum and he's the same Build too.
