Just FYI for anyone considering ordering a Swingcase, which is made by a company called Undercover. I ordered 2 of them, a driver side model and passenger side model. Well, one of them arrived damaged with a large crack in the plastic. These cases are not packaged well at all. Basically the swingcase is wrapped in thin plastic and placed in the box with no padding/cushion whatsoever. Anyway, I've been trying to arrange a replacement, but Undercover's customer service is not cooperating. I even took photos of the damage and emailed it to them. They have refused to send a replacement. So I am being forced to reverse the charge with my credit card company. What a headache. Anyway, if you order a Swingcase, you better pray it arrives undamaged. Be warned, Undercover does not seem to care about their customers.

Sorry you had that BS experience Saint. I can confirm they have poor Customer Service. I think its a very small company as the receptionist is also their customer service dept. I called them as I thought mine was missing one of the self tapping screws. Turned out it just got caught under the tray and I didnt see it. I love mine. It holds lots of stuff and it does not move at all, when locked in place. Hope they get their shit together. Its that kinda stuff that will put you out of business fast.

I have one as well and the F1 Bakflip. Just on the diver side. Works great. The only complaint I have is the release mechanism / lever needs some WD40 love sometimes because otherwise it will not releae very easily. My local Linex shop had them in stock so I did not order direct and have any shipping issues.

If you want a Swingcase, pay more to order it through a local dealer as opposed to online. Because if you order it online and it arrives damaged, Undercover will refuse to replace it and/or refund your money. And because they are packaged so poorly, the odds of shipping damage is high. The product is decent, but buyer definitely beware.

Sorry again Saint that things do not seem like they are getting any better with those clods. Hope it gets resolved for ya.

For those considering the swing case, it is a great product. I love mine and use it all the time. Since I took the day off and am just hanging around the house getting a buzz going, here are some pics.

1) Swing case closed.
2) Swing case open. (Naptown, if you notice the latch to the bottom, it can be adjusted, so that is probably your fix.
3) Notice all you see is the small latch when the case is open on bed wall.
4) It holds a crap load of stuff. The bin on the top right comes out and there is another under it that is fixed.
5) The rest of my bed set-up. I had to find use for the dead space under the retrax.
