Swapping Data

Looks like I might be trading the 2011 for a 2014. Is there any way of swapping all my data stored in the GPS and jukebox over to the newer system?

I've started taking pics of the GPS addresses however I have a couple places stored that don't have address rather they were stored with GPS coordinates.

Crap. That's what I thought, guess I'll go with plan B and shoot pics of all the GPS screen shots. Don't really care about the music but the GPS has a lot of good info in it.
