I ordered the SVC kit, the only thing I don't want to do is grind off the wheel speed sensor from the axle. Mind you I haven't received the kit yet but can I use someone else's strike plate such as the RPG's.

Just need to relocate and zip tie it down. That’s the included strike plate.@dixonk is that what you used? I can't tell if you grinded off your bracket.
Did you keep the bracket or grind it off? I will zip tie it, but just wanted to keep the bracket just in case I ever go back to stock.Just need to relocate and zip tie it down. That’s the included strike plat
There shouldn’t be any grinding. Just basically relocating it to keep the line out of the path. Instructions do not call for any modification to mounts or axel.Did you keep the bracket or grind it off? I will zip tie it, but just wanted to keep the bracket just in case I ever go back to stock.
I had help installing mine. I guess we did remove that bracket. I didn’t do that side so probably figures why I can’t remember removing it. I wouldn’t worry about it honestly you could always zip tie that sensor if you go back to stock. No dealer would ever notice or care.Oh I see what you mean, but I was looking at the instructions on there website and it does call for it to be cut off and painted to prevent rust. Page 7
