got service done this morning. thats why im taking a nap. i got up too early. i showed them the picture and asked them when the last time it was changed. they didnt have an answer for me. but the did clean out the air box. they said something about a lot of mud in there.........

I had the same problem, I was using Havoline, a quick lube place, and I was under the assumption that they were changing the air filter. I went to oil can Henry's at my 25000 mile oil change and they pulled it out and you couldn't even see the ridges on the filter. I was pissed, haven't used the other place since.

It was the 30k oil change and I got the truck with 18k
