Summer/ GLRE Event Tires - Summer only

I am looking for opinions on tires that will only be ran during the summer and for off road events. Not a lot of deep mud or rock crawling basically high speed (well for me!LOL) running like Rise of the Phoenix.

Don't want $600 Projects. Thinking General red label or KM2.

Let me know your thoughts.
