I can replicate the exact noise by tapping the calipers towards the wheel (sliding the caliper back and forth like it was designed). I put weather stripping in between the plastic tray and the steering rack and a lot of the chatter went away at very low speeds, but the deeper clunks are still there from what I believe is the caliper sliding back and forth freely; I noticed that it becomes worse around corners which makes this more probable.</p></blockquote><p></p>
