Hi guys, Yes - I did search the forum and did not find anything on point but I admit, I did not spend more than about 20 minutes searching. There did not appear to be anything on this issue. THE ISSUE : When streaming music via bluetooth, the songs skip. Not like skip to the next song, just skips like a CD and jumps ahead 2-4 seconds. It does it randomly but at least once a minute so basically it's not usable. It has been doing this for awhile now - historically I have not listened to streaming music much as when I'm commuting to/from work, I was listening to local morning shows. Now, I'm shifting more to music so it is more of a problem. THE GEAR : 2020 with current version / updated Snych 3. Phone is a 2023 Motorola running Android VITZS35H.41-21-3-4. DIAGNOSTICS : I've tried multiple apps (YTMusic, iHeartRadio, SiriusXM) and they all act the same way on the Raptor. My wife drives a '22 Mercedes and I can stream from my phone fine in her car from any app (no skips). I have not tried her phone in my Raptor but probably will this weekend. I have seen multiple posts about this in Reddit and the F150 forum so it appears to be an issue with some Synch systems. It does not appear to matter what phone or OS either. One guy had a brand new car (not a raptor) and it was in Ford Service for over 2 months and they couldn't resolve it. I've done the soft reset and disconnected the battery for a few minutes to force Synch to reboot. Didn't help at all. QUESTION : Has anyone else experienced anything like this ? Anyone have any ideas ? It's not mission criticle but damn, it's not that big of a lift IMO to have a system that works... DISCLOSURE - I'm buried at work and kids afterschool crap so I'll be checking back randomly as I can but don't get pissy if I'm not monitoring every comment and responding !! Thanks guys - really hoping there is a simple fix...
