I work on a lot of construction sites and seem to pick up every rock on site. I'm getting sick of hearing my truck being blasted with rocks every-time I drive off site.

Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this situation? Is there a good set of tires that still look good on the raptor that dont pick up as much rocks?

Toyo MT's do pretty well at ejecting the rocks before you get up to speed. Also Wrangler MTR's. Any all terrain or mud terrain is going to occasionally chuck some rocks at your truck. I agree BFG AT's are the worst I have had as far as chucking rocks on the highway.

PDP flaps in the rear and running board extensions up front do a pretty good job of protecting your paint from flying rocks. They'll do well until you can get some tires that don't pick up every small rock on the road.

I have a gravel driveway and I swear I throw 25 stones every time I leave home. I have only had my Raptor 3 weeks and it is just killing me hearing ping, ping, ping when I drive-I literally flinch. It is one thing to pick em up when your offloading but doing it as your driving to work is something totally different.

I ordered the Raptor mud flaps from PDP and am going to put them on today. Hate the idea of mudflapts but I figured 50 bucks was better than 350x4 for new tires.

You should look at running board extensions. Off road accessories forum vendor sells them. Has helped me a ton with rocks and washing.

With my new NV's going on soon I'm hoping they still catch most of the rocks !
