Running Toyo RT 35's on Venomrex VR-602 wheels (9" wide and +12 offset) I managed to stuff my tires enough that it caused my fenders to bulge out slightly...

Just got my raptor, but had a jeep wrangler before. Had a similar dilemma with the jeep and decided to go with 37s because forums said they would fit with a little trimming ect. Had to cut metal and reduce my turning radius plus add larger bumpstops in addition to a ton of other crap to make them fit right. All it gained me was a little bit cooler of a look and I still rubbed offroad haha. Plus I didn't have as much travel as before so it performed worse offroad.

Really ask yourself why 37s and is it worth it. if its for looks I would pass until youre ready for a big lift.

Don't forget the impact to your suspension(Extra strain on suspension and brakes). and reduced overall performance with the additional unsprung wight. To do it right would cost around 15k. If it's just a mall crawler then you'll be able to get away with a lot more. Keep watching the keep it dirty off road channel as he will post an update soon about his experience off road with 37s set up kind of like you are describing. Maybe research what kind of suspension mods would be required to appropriately handle 37s. RPG makes a bolt kit that is pretty sweet but not sure it's set up for 37s. Most of the work will be in the front and will probably include new fenders...again...to do it right for off roading/jumping.

I have 37s with eibach springs and 0 offset wheels didn’t have to cut much at all and love the look of the 37s. But if your gonna be doing hard off-roading id stick with 35s. They will rub when it bottoms out on the front and back.
