I would check both IWE for a leak in the vacuum lines.. One maybe leaking this causes one to lock in to 4wd while the other one is out of 4wd.. Just a guess..

Latest theory: IWE solenoid failure caused shit to break inside the t-case. Has anyone else experienced this?
Pump could be starting to go out. If it goes out you'll know. On pavement it's almost impossible to turn the wheels while at a stand still.
Dealer was finally able to look at my truck after it sent in their shop for a week now. Service manager said the t-case is blown but doesn't know why. He hasn't seen that yet on a raptor...
