On 2+ acres. The owner built the house in '05,  (when it was assessed at $460K), added the barn in '09. He lost it in '10. It sat vacant for 2yrs, then I got it for $212K in 2012. I may have pis sed away a lot of money on the Raptor,  but the house was a steal. The only serious regret is that I can't fit a 2-post lift under the ceiling.
