For kicks, I decided to swap the relay from the fuel pump with the start/stop relay. Then started the truck. While warming up, the idle was inconsistent, then levels out after a few mins. But now I am having the idle dip issue now every few mins. This clip shows it, it slightly surges, dips hard, then recovers. Didn’t stall, but same sorta behavior as when it did. No AC, no radio, nothing else on. I did notice the fuel pump relay is about 115F when the rest are 80-90 when I shot them with my thermo gun. Throwing darts but I wonder if the fuse 27 relocate was done well. Might be a connection issue somewhere. This sounds like it is gonna be lengthy to resolve.
