My drivers seat has the most annoying squeak about 90% of the time. Every movement, mainly side to side, and every bump makes the seat squeak. It sounds metal to metal but i cannot figure out what is causing it. Nothing is loose either. Has anyone else had this problem? I mentioned it to the dealer when they had the seat out to replace the heating grid, but all he said is that they would put wd-40 on it. Needless to say that didn't work.

Welcome to the forum, lbrewster4! Did you let your dealer know that the mystery squeak has returned? How many miles are on your Raptor?

Well it did not ever actually go away. The service guy i dealt with didn't really seem all that interested in it when i told him about it. I just figured they could fix it when they were replacing the heater grids and rear glass. and i have 78,000 miles on it now.

Thanks for responding, lbrewster4. Send over your details in a private message (PM); I'll escalate this to your regional customer service manager. When writing, please include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership. Leave the rest to me. :)

Thanks Crystal I finally just pulled my seat out today and fixed it. There is a spot under the padding that their was metal rubbing i just had to bend it back a little and also put some fabric between it. If it comes back i will definitely get in touch to get the dealer to look at it.

I'm glad to hear that you're squeak-free, lbrewster4! I'm always just a PM away if you have any questions or concerns in the future. :)
