Sprayed Bed Liner on the Fender Flares

I have a few scratches on my fender flares and thought i would spray them with bed liner. Does anyone have pics of this done on their truck?

I have seen a few trucks on here with the lineX fender flares. I thought it look real good. I called to get mine done, Shop is busy currently but the quoted price was $500.00 for the flares and $250.00 to do the inside of the fender wells on the bed. I was told they have to keep the truck for 1-1/2 days. Didn't seem bad. Also was told it was the "Premium LineX" which I have no idea about.

Here’s a thread with some folks that did it. I think it’s a cheaper route than repainting. I had a messed up flare on the right rear and recently had it repainted. ($360)

I could have ordered a new one for that much. Problem is, I didn’t know that’s how much it would cost. And even if I knew in advance, probably would still have opted to have it repainted. Even with the same paint code, there are subtle factory variances. All 4 of mine match perfectly now.

I do really like the look of the bed liner on the fender flares. And with the beating they take from rocks and road crap, seems a lot more durable.

Best decision I ever made. And you can do this cheap by yourself with 4 rattle cans. Just need an 8mm ratchet and a clip tool.

Note the flare has a scar at the back because I cracked the flare at gold mountain and did a little plastic jb weld. But it was super easy to do and if you actually offroad it helps so much with pinstripes. Since those are the first to take a hit.

When my flares get scratched up worse, I'm totally going to do this. It turned out really well, thanks for the info.

Which bumper is that? Are you happy w it?

Here’s mine done by my Fab guy a few months ago. I think I paid $1,100 to rehab (paint) my bumpers & steps, and Rhino line my flares & hood.
