Spark plug without tune

Wanted to see what you guys thought on the subject. About to roll over 30k and wanted to do a tune up and change spark plugs. Low cost item, but wanted to upgrade. Any thoughts on something that I can run that wouldn’t require a tune that deviates from stock?

I can’t run a tune yet cause 2023
