I built a couple of these a while ago and now we are gearing up to start producing them. I wanted to be able to fit everything under the bed cover. Details:

Made from 1 1/2 .090 wall dom
Removable and held in with pins
Can hold a 37in tire with Tbar Screw and can be locked in
Holds 20 gal action packer and 2 5 gal gas cans
optional Jack mount- mounted next to gas cans now
Allows for use of bed covers

Please let me know if anyone is interested- working out final pricing now
