Software Update for Full Screen CarPlay

Not exactly sure when I got this. I park it in the garage connected to wifi. Took it out that day while I was out noticed the full screen carplay then checked fordPass and noticed this…

Off to the dealer tomorrow. They said a few customers have had my issue of never receiving an update. Hopefully they can fix it.

How do we know if we have ever received an update? What version should we have if we got the update before this one with full screen CarPlay?

Yes...2 ways from the infotainment screen. 1) Go to Setting - More Settings - About…your vehicle info will be listed there or 2) You could click Apps - Ford Pass - Vehicle Info…find truck info there.

1) I go to settings....there is no "More Settings".
2) I go to Apps....Fordpass is not listed.

I guess I am missing something.

Side note because I noticed some people don’t know how to customize the car play screen. So in case you didn’t know.

Settings/General/ car play/ select Ford Raptor/ then customize. You can move the apps where you want on the screen.

1) click Settings, swipe left to view more options & click Software Updates then click Update Details…see pics below. This is what populates for me.

2) I could’ve sworn I‘ve seen Ford Pass listed under Apps before because your phone is connected to the vehicle. Not going outside to check cause it’s cold as sh++ outside…Lol

Got mine last night. Not gonna lie, it made me giddy having full screen CarPlay. Looks so BA on the 12” screen
Edit: mine was 3.5.3.2 on a ‘22 over WiFi
