What ramps do you have? I’ve got the rev arc and it’s fine. I mean it handles like a janky pos but it works and secures fine.

are you wanting to close the tailgate with the ramps in?

Have some full length (2,2 meters) aluminium ramps. Fits inside bed barely when closed tailgate. A bit tricky to tuck them away on the side of the sled.

I run a piece of plywood mostly so carbides don't scratch everything to hell.
Other than that there really isn't that much weight on the back.

It is a 165"
There is not much weight plus the 3/4" plywood reduces the amount of weight "felt" by the tailgate.
I would be more afraid of a 200lb person sitting on the tailgate as apposed to this.
