Guys I have a 2019 raptor less than 2000 miles
Did the catch can and Corsa exhaust
Other than that stock
If I drive it ***** like no real boost or should I say keeping oil temp under 210 I have no issues
When I tow my 7x16 trailer or drive it aggressively ie having fun and oil temp goes above 215 then I let it sit and idle a moment like a diesel to let turbo cool and oil cool down. Idles maybe 1-2 minutes.
When it sits like 1 hr or so and I restart it it smokes blue oil smoke out exhaust.
I have had many turbo bikes etc and in race application that was normal. As hot oil lays in turbo and you get some oil burn off.
Oil was changed by dealer with ford full syn at 1000 miles.
As I wanted and always do 1st service at 1 k. Wondering if oil sucks and that is what is doing it I usually run Rotella Or amsoil
Anyway is this normal or is there a turbo seal bad etc. input please

It is not the 1970's (turbo timers)....idle cool downs for turbos in modern motors are not required. just drive casual the last 1 mile, you can park it and turn the car off with no worries.

That being said.....their should be ZERO blue smoke ever on start up.

Do you have the updated valve covers?
Have you checked the oil level?
