On my Warn it does... I would assume it does for the SmittybiltQuick question...
Does the wireless remote also operate the clutch? I’m looking at the Swarfworks winch mount and it looks like there will be no way to access the clutch lever on the winch.

I've never heard of a clutch on a winch. I can only assume you mean the Engaged/Free Spool lever. In which case, the answer is absolutely not. The winch will allow you to spool out/in via the remote, but not free spool (which is when you disengage the lever and just pull the line out.). It's actually not good for the winch to spool out a lot (via the remote), and you do want to use free spool when you need to spool the winch out far.Quick question...

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns
as in rotate the free spool lever? No, it doesnt. you still have to rotate it to get it to free spool.
I use a pair of x20 10Ks in cradles for trailer winching and recovery.
How do you attach a cradle to the front end of the truck?
A 10K-12K Warn Winch front mounted is a significant investment (Winch + Mount + IC + Tune = $4500-$5000)...my budget is around $3k and even that is high. I do not off road that much...
that depends on what bumper you're using.
I don't run a front hitch on my raptor or my super duty. if you arent using a frame cut bumper, there are a few companies that make front receiver hitches ( if you don't have the fab skills to make your own).
The smittybuilt x20 remotes work both wired and wireless.
just be mindful that on the east coast, you may not enjoy having to get out in order to connect the winch to your hitch when the hitch is buried in the mud.Zombie, thanks for he detailed response. For some reason I locked into the Swarf/Warn setup, but started looking at the cons once I got closer to purchasing!
I have seen the hitch cradles and will go with the X20 10K/12K Wireless with a good rear power kit, and the Cobb IC kit.

I'm using a winch to extract someone else. I'm also using the winch in more of a dusty/sandy environment, so having to dig mud out from around the hitch isn't something I'd normally have to deal with. With those things being said, the winch in a cradle is the right option for how I'm using it, YMMV.
