Skid Plate Removal Assistance Needed

Hello Everyone

Wanted to remove the front factory skid plate, all bolts unscrewed without any problems but for the rear driver side bolt as shown below.
It looks like the fastener is stripped or out of place.
Couldn't find a way to reach the other side, it seems the fastener is built inside the frame.

Input is appreciated.

The bolt in that area should screw into a U-nut.
Maybe the U-nut fell out.

True, I suspect the U nut is out of place.
