Sirius Travel Link Weather

Hello......I'm having an issue with the weather and ski conditions on my sirius radio. Basically all other services like fuel prices, movies, traffic, etc all update and display data but the weather and ski conditions have a refresh circle and show "Not Available".

Spent an hour or so on the phone with Sirius and they did everything they can on their end.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

FYI..A Master Reset took care of this problem. The system still gets a little glitchy at times, for example if I am in the apps icon and plug my iPhone in, the system completely locks up. Even after getting out of the truck and closing the door, the screen stays on for about 5 minutes before shutting down.

I'm still trying to learn the Sync way after spending 5 years in a Ram with the Uconnect.

I know your post is several months old but I am having similar problem. My weather, movies and fuel prices aren't working. How did you do the master reset? I want to try and see if that fixes my problem. Sirius didn't help when I called them.

I can't recall off the top of my head but it was done through one of the menu screens on the radio. After it goes through a reset you need to shut the truck off, open and close door and wait a few minutes before turning everything back on.
