When I went it was fully booked but I wound up alone in my/their truck. If you don’t attend the dinner (which is very good) the night before you won’t meet anyone to buddy up with and will end up with a straggler or in my case I felt at first like Forrest Gump when he tried to sit on the school bus. “Seat’s taken.”
I did go to dinner they held but due to severe accident on highway on way there, we were almost an hour late. Everyone had, unbeknownst to me, used the gloryholes in the bathroom stalls already and buddied up.
I think someone didn’t show so I was odd man. Believe me, I was thrilled as I got twice as much driving time as everyone else and I wasn’t forced to smell anyone’s farts from night before nor make BS small talk.
I didn’t get to do twice as much on handling course or very lame jumps but it was in the mountains, the real fun part, that when they would radio to stop and switch drivers, I didn’t have to.
Umm, no.OK there Skippy.
Does anyone else find this response bizarre?
Hooked up with woolaroc and we agreed to not wear masks. We had a great time, lots of laughs.
I got my invitation to Raptor Assault. Now if I only had a Raptor. Does anyone know if I can still go to RA if Ford buys my Raptor back?
I have no idea but I'd sign up anyway. You'd know in a day or two if you're registered.
And sorry to hear about your Raptor.
Bought my 2020 Raptor from a dealer only 2 hours away from SLC, never heard of the Assault program. Is this an invite only thing or do I only need to provide evidence of purchase? December 2019 purchase date.
