Shocks Leaking?

Hey guys,

24 R, noticed some residue on my rear shocks. Almost no miles on it, just brought it home from the dealer. Seems weird that both rears would be defective, anyone else seeing this?

wipe part with a rag and see if there is oil in it. Looks like it but confirm

Yeah there’s definitely something oily going on there, but hopefully it’s this:

its assembly lube.. totally normal

If I clean them up should I be expecting this to recur if it’s the assembly lube?
