Shipping/Delivery Date

I'm so sick of the nontransperancy from Ford and how no one really knows what's going on. My delivery date has changed 3 times and no one can give me any type of real answer.

I talked to Ford again today and they said my truck is in production (going on 2 weeks now of "in production") and it's scheduled to be delivered Nov 6. I asked, how can it be delivered on the 6th when it's still in production? All they do is repeat scripted responses that give no real answer. They told me it will remain in production status until its ready to be shipped. No crap, really??

I guess I'm at the mercy of Ford and there stealth special ordering process. I never would have guessed a company like this would be so unknowing. There is a serious communication breakdown between the various Ford departments!

Where are you getting your info from? My build date was 10/10, first day of production from what I gather. Ford Service still has no ETA, they say it still shows awaiting release for the third week in a row.

I'm doing Live Chat from owner.ford.com. They are answering now.

I know there are many people who have ordered before me and have no build date/ETA still, and they have every right to be more furious. It's just BS how Ford is handling everything with this line.

My build date was 10/13. I live in SC for a delivery reference. Its convoy

I have not been keeping up with Ford marketing calendar but SEMA is this week. Just guessing and wishfull thinking. Meshing OKTB approvals with a press release at the show saying "Raptors shipping ...... etc" or something wrt the program fullfilling orders might make sense. Oh well daydream helps pass the time.

Talked to my dealer today at lunch time, today was my delivery date, Ford says truck is ready, but waiting on ok to buy. Dealer talked with Ford while I was there and they did not say when, only soon. Ordered 8/11, Vin 9/12, built 10/29, under my carport? Soon real sooon I hope!

Anybody get A confirmed delivery date from Ford and there Dealer? Not asking about the date you get when you get your sticker/Vin, that is a computer generated one. Let's here from you! My dealer said as of yesterday that mine was prepped for shipment, and awaiting a carrier. Still no eta though. Guess the will start shipping next Monday, press is getting to play with them this Sunday and should see there thoughts late Sunday night and Monday. My Truck was built on 10/27.
