I don't think you have the numbers right, since the 2.3 TVS on a stock GT 500 makes 667 fwhp.
735 fwhp maybe, with the e85 and a custom Tune.

And the TVS does not have lower IATs then the Whipple since the TVS spins a much higher rpm.

I made 723rwhp on a dynojet with the stock 1.9L M122 eaton on mine...had dual nozzle **** injection, ported everything, every mod possible, & an overspun blower making 19lbs of boost at sea level. The TVS made over 800rwhp on VMPs 5.4L setup & most TVS blower setups net high 600s to low 700s. The new GT500s gain an easy 50 or so rwhp with just a tune....The TVS doesn't necessarily make more boost due to its rpm, it makes more heat due to the way it makes its "boost". It doesn't push the air into the upper intake manifold, it pushes it against the blower casing...it creates more turbulence, which causes heat build up.
