Hi , so I ordered my new 2020 raptor last month and should be receiving it in a few weeks and I arranged for a transportation company to have it transported from Los Angeles to Texas Hennessey manufacturer facility for the 600 hp power up grade.
I’m also doing the suspension upgrade but I’m not sure if I should go with the stage2 or 1 . The difference is mainly the lift from a overall 6” for stage 2 to a 3” stage1 and 37 “ tires to 35 “ tires . Has anyone had either or done ? And if so what do you recommend?

Just out of curiosity, and since the “what do you do” thread is apparently dead; what do you do that you have ordered a 2020 to be directly sent for all this work?

No judging, just wondering how I need to adjust my life to be this awesome.

I am a humble public servant with a used 2014 in case anyone is wondering.

no way that I would let Hennessey touch anything I owned.

but since you're already set on it, skip letting Hennessey do anything to the suspension. Drop the truck off at Galpin, bajahq, svc, hmracingdesign, Shaffer's offroad, ORW...

you can throw a rock in any direction of LA and hit a shop that knows more about raptors than Hennessey.

Here's to hoping that you get your truck back in a state that you're happy with from Hennessey.

Have you researched Hennessey?
The shit show with them building Raptors with the Procharger that only blew holes in the piston heads
and then they moved on to building Raptors with the Roush Supercharger that resulted in many burning to the ground.
It's all documented in this Forum, you can research yourself.

Do your self a favor and run away!!!

If your into badges at least go with Shelby or even Roush. Shelby would be my choice!

You have the two best Raptor performance shops right in your state.
And more closer to you like @zombiekiller stated, then that Hennessey chop shop.
RPG and SVC look them up.

Lifting a Raptor will degrade ride quality unless you just want do mall crawling.
Plus with the new Live active shocks it might be a problem.

I wish you good luck and hope you do not turn into one of the horror stories. I know every business cannot make everyone happy but I have seen so many stories over many many years with people getting hosed by them. I would say that u are a lot further away then some of the shops that actually work on our trucks regularly and just for the chance something went wrong or needed redone would be easier and would guess you would see better customer service. But hey free world and u you our money.

Wish you would have looked here prior to sending it to Hennessy. You have a lot better options in Cali for suspension work (please don’t put a lift kit on it) and I’m sure there are plenty good tuners as well.
