Screws under wheel well fender

So when they were redoing some of the PPF, they removed the stock screws that were in the wheel well just below the fender. Does anyone know what these screws are? Are they special to Ford or can I go get some at Home Depot or an auto parts store. Thank you.

These or anything similar to the size and thread will work. Just make sure they're e-coated or they will rust easily.
