screws/bolts in the bed of the truck

what are the four screws/bolts in the bed of the truck for? maybe a goose neck? thanks.

Well there are 6 bolts that hold the bed on.

just for clarity, i'm talking about the screws on the flat bottom part of the bed. closer to the tailgate and spaced a few feet apart.
