I've got my S4 up and running on Verizon.  It is a world of difference between the i5 and the s4 when playing with Sync.  I could get the i5 to play bTST, but no mobile apps. 

The s4 shows me all the mobile apps, I can drive them via voice and it works great.

For the Raptor, I recommend the S4 highly over the i5, at least for integration.
