RPG Stage 2 and Upgraded springs Issue

Had my springs upgraded about a month ago. I have noticed that the bolt/nut on the spring is hitting the frame bracket. It is starting to sheer the top of the bolt/nut. It is happening on both sides. The bolt on the passenger side spring has loosened but was able to tighten it down. What are your thoughts and long term issues or solutions (other than removing one or the other)?

Easy... Swap the existing bolts and nuts with new SS carriage bolts and thin self locking nuts. Install them with the nut on the outside of the leaf pack. That should minimize contact with the frame and large RPG bolt.

Rick, you are completely using all of your bump travel. And it looks like frequently. First check to see if the pressure leaked out of your bumpstops.

Similar thing happened to me when I jumped it with no air pressure. But I have never ridden up that high on the frame bracket. Actually I don't see how that's possible.

clamp isnt necessary. Pull the bolt and fold the clamp over a little. Easy fix, wont do any harm.

It is happening on both sides, driver and passenger side in the same location.

Noob question then. How do I check if the pressure leaked out of the bumpstops?

Looks like the bracket bolt/nut is about 4-5" away so it is traveling that much.

See my post above. Same thing happened to me using deavers with RPG setup. RPG specs the nationals without that clip so it won't rub. Not having the bolt through it won't be an issue. The clamps in the front keep the springs together.

Not following...
If I pull the bolt then the clamp will be loose and rattle around. It doesn't look like it can come completely off, seems bolted to the bottom on the springs?
