Message: <blockquote data-quote="ilikebmxbikes" data-source="post: 2104351" data-attributes="member: 66371">I agree with most of what you are saying in regards to timeline but that isn't something I can sue them for.  I agree I pulled the truck too late.Going to court isn't going to get back the wasted time, it's for things I was invoiced / paid for and the damages due to RPG's Negligence are very cut and dry.  The reason I was able to make this video in three days is because I had all my documents in order from working with my lawyer.  To the same point, RPG cannot give me my time back, but they could have refunded me and help repair the damages that incurred while at their possession. And again, they still can work toward that resolution and if they make an honest effort beyond another unfulfilled promise, I will make sure everyone knows.</blockquote>
